The Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) is a number between 0.00 and 99.95 that indicates your position in your year group. The Selection Rank (SR) is the ATAR plus any additional applicable adjustments.
At Charles Sturt, you may receive up to 12 points of Adjustment Factors. These adjustment factors may be awarded across one or more of the following categories:
Adjustment factors are calculated automatically for applicants who apply via UAC, VTAC or direct to Charles Sturt
If you have attended high school in a regional area, we will adjust your selection rank by five points. It's one of the adjustment factors available to help you get where you want to go. And it's automatic - you don't need to do a thing.
The regional adjustment is based on where you go to school, not your home address.
If you go to school or live in any of the below postcodes, the regional adjustment does not apply.
